Billing Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the SOMA website, managed by Concept Combined General Trading & Contracting Company – Kuwait.

Your access to the service and use of it is conditional upon your acceptance of these terms and conditions and compliance with them. These conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

By accessing or using the service or our website/application, you agree without reservation to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of the conditions, you are not eligible to access the service.

Accounts

Upon creating an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these conditions and may result in the immediate termination of your account on our service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password used to access the service and for all activities or actions carried out using your password, whether your password is used with our service or a third-party service.

You remain fully responsible for your account, even if you do not actively use it, until the date we are notified of a breach or unauthorized access and we take appropriate action.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Accuracy of Billing, Account, and Payment Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you submit without providing justification. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or through the same customer account, the same KNET or Visa / Mastercard credit cards, and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your phone number, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You also agree that we may request additional information to verify your purchase. This may include, but is not limited to, photo identification, proof of address, telephone verification, or other verification methods.

In some cases, we may manually review your order to verify your identity. Due to the nature of online transactions, we take necessary measures to ensure that the individual responsible for the payment method is the same person who placed or authorized the order.

We work closely with payment processors and relevant authorities to combat online fraud and report suspicious activity.

If you fail to verify your identity, we may report the transaction as fraudulent to your payment processor and blacklist the submitted details. This may result in suspension of your payment method. Refusal to verify identity is considered a breach of these terms and may also be reported as unauthorized use of the payment account.
