Returns
If you wish to return your chair, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Returns are accepted provided that:
The item is unused and in its original condition
The product has not been damaged after delivery
The return request follows our guidelines
Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your chair for another model or color, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability and condition.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Delivery & Handling
We take great care in preparing and delivering every SOMA chair. If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us immediately so we can assist you promptly.
